All the members of research group for "spike screw quality" have analyzed and tested the materials, technology, moulds and other quality factors, and have finalized the standards for materials, technology, and moulds used for spike screws, completely solving the tailing, bald tip, broken tip and other quality problems of spike screws.
Research group for "long screw quality" has improved the door structure for heat treatment releasing, which can significantly reduce the quantity of bended screws produced in the feeding of screws.
